Dr. Chambers is a native Kansas Citian and a proud graduate of Central High School. After graduation, Dr. Chambers attended Rockhurst University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and went on to pursue a master’s degree in business administration. After working in corporate America, Dr. Chambers returned to school and became alternatively certified to teach marketing and business education classes. She later returned to school and earned a master’s degree in school leadership and a doctorate in educational leadership from Baker University. Dr. Chambers worked as a high school teacher for 11 years in another district before joining KCPS as an assistant principal. She served as an assistant principal at Southwest High School, Southeast High School, and principal at Central Middle School before returning to Southeast as principal. This is Dr. Chambers 23rd year in education and although she is an eagle at heart, she is proud to serve as a knight.
Kyle Fuchs is a native of the Kansas City Metro and returned to the area after serving in the Army to pursue his dream of being an educator. Mr. Fuchs has served as an Exceptional Education Teacher, Exceptional Education Coordinator, and Vice-Principal during his tenure with Kansas City Public Schools. In his 9th year in education, he is excited to return as Vice-Principal at Southeast High School.
Veneta Pearson was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and is a proud legacy and Lincoln College Preparatory Academy alumnus. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she earned an English degree, she worked for the Upward Bound Program before making the decision to become an educator. Ms. Pearson has served as English Teacher, Instructional Coach, and adjunct professor and is now a proud member of the Southeast High School Administrative Team.
